Kerry v Cork
The big one on Sunday I hear. I'll be in New Zealand so God only knows how or if I'll actually get to see it.
Reading the team news I see Galvin and Donaghy are injury concerns and that Lynch and Murphy are out and Canty's a doubt. Well if all of that is true it evens things out a bit. I'd expect Kerry to win midfield and cut through the middle with the likes of McCarthy, Scanlan and Declan having good games. But more than likely a few names mentioned above will be fit.
Expect a few sendings-off.
Kerry to win by 2.

Hi triona hoping you are still having a ball.News getting worse as I heard on radio this morning that Mick McCarthy is doubtful. Galvin,Donaghy and Mccarthy missing? Trouble. We will be lucky to field a team at this rate. Still weather forecast is good and outside of the All Ireland final there is no sporting occasion to beat the Kingdom v The Langers in Killarney

Re: Kerry v Cork
How come a province with 6 teams is at semi final stage and some counties in Leinster with 12 counties have not laced up their boots and indeed will not play for a further week???!!! Same kinda thing happened last year I think too. Before the Dubs or Wexford or Laois Kildare (or Fermanagh or Cavan or Monaghan for that matter) kick a ball Cork or Kerry will be gone having played two games. Tis strange ....

Too early to call until we see who lines out. Kerry will not want the scenic route that's for sure...

On the subject of Kerry Football
Did anyone else hear that Ciaran Whelan was not the intended guest on the Sunday game a few weeks back.
The original intended guest was attempting to trace his lost luggage following a week in Iberia on the "legends Gaa classic"

Still having a ball RKF, money running tighter, send over the creamery cheque when you get the chance!
McCarthy missing would be a blow, seeing that Cork's injuries are all lads through the middle, where Mike Mac would blast a hole through given half a chance.
Kinda missing home now again, I can only imagine what the day and game would be like if the weather is good. Bank holiday weekend in Killarney, good weather, the match and the town sold out of cider!!!

Why are ya coming home Triona?
I hope Kerry trash the living daylights out of Cork. I cannot stand 'Carkonians'. I think Kerry will be well up for this match, and I'd back them for about 2 or 3 points.

Home in August Essie, in plenty of time for the final. Hopefully in time to squeeze in Puck and the Rose!
I also hope we thrash the living daylights out of them!

Sorry, only after noticing my spelling mistake I meant when are ya coming home! You'll still have some of the beautiful Irish Summer to enjoy when you come back-it's scorching over here!
Good luck to Kerry

Jayo, they've been at it since the 70s, so not exactly a huge shock. Part of it today though, is because they just can't get their hands on the ball at midfield, and are having to limit the damage in behind that area.

Totally disagree Jayo - he ran Quirke into the ground. Both Kerry midfielders off. I wouldn't mind having him for Tyrone.
