Kerry v Cork
Not much talk about this one at all. Is it because most people see it as a game Kerry can't / won't lose ?
Personally think that Cork are more than capable of beating Kerry once a year in the Championship but never quite manage to do it again when we inevitably meet them later on down the line.
Killarney is like a second home to Cork and a big Cork contingent will be travelling on Sunday so I'm going for a Cork win by the two or three points.
Kerry then to beat Cork in the later stages.

Sportstime - that's the way I am thinking! But I am thinking that if Counihan is thinking Cork can beat Kerry once that he may leave it til later in the summer!!!

Handy enough one here for Kerry. Cork the most over-rated team in the country. Kerry aside (and that only when Kerry couldn't be arsed) they've beaten sweet FA in the last few years. Kerry to put them proper in their place here on Sunday.

I actually think Cork might win this one. I wouldn't fancy them against Kerry later in the summer as we've seen how that has went recently but I wonder are Kerry arsed about winning this as you say mossbags.

I'm actually pretty confident for once playing Kerry. I think we have a really settled team and have some high class players ready to spring from the bench, which we have lacked in the past.
Cork by 4!!!!!!

Guys when you say can Kerry be arsed - do you think they really want to be beat by Cork - i doubt it myself but then you wouldnt know with some managers these days. I persoanlly think the qualifiers could be Kerrys downfall this year.

Well we have beat the Connact Champions twice, need I remind you or the 2005 Quarters, or have has that one slipped your mind?
No one but Kerry has beat us in the championship since 2004!

Go on Cork! Kerry don't look hot at all. I'd actually have my top 3 Tyrone, Cork then Kerry.

A good enough game so far. Kerry look a little rusty and Tadgh has been fairly anonymous. Losing Walsh was a blow to Kerry as Cooper looks very isolated.

Re: Kerry v Cork
Referee was very sore on Cork in front of goal, should have a couple of frees. Cork only themselves to blame should have had it wrapped up.

2 great pressure kicks converted there by both sides at the death. Havn't seen Kerry and Gooch(bar one massive point near the end) as poor in a long time but Cork still couldn't take advantage. Should be handy enough for Kerry now

I think there's no extra time from provincial semi-final stage on.

Re: Kerry v Cork
Absolutley gutted! Should have wrapped it up in the 1st half, I had the feeling we would regret Goulding not taking that goal chance! If it had been any other time in the match I believe he would have, but because O'neils goal was 30 seconds before, he probably was thinking 4 points in a minute is a good return!
But some great Cork displays - Shields, Murphy (bar the missed point) O'Neil, O'Connor and Canty as always, still think we will win the replay.
PS - What a pressure 45' but young O'Neil at the death, should have won us the game, he is one for the future!!!

What did McStay call it last night? "Messin" or something like that. Dropping your knee down on top of someone like that is a low low act.

He's not from Ulster so it doesn't count.
