30 Reasons why GAA Tipster is better...
1. It is the best GAA message board on the web. It is the best message board on the web full stop.
2. It is run by the people for the people.
3. Nowhere else is home to King Loyal the First.
4. Jayo Cluxton.
5. Everyone here is great, it is the Premier League of GAA fans.
6. You would struggle to find another website where you can predict football and hurling results, manage a fantasy team, stay up all night doing quizes and discuss completely pointless stuff all in one visit.
7. The fact that whenever it is on a computer screen in the UK someone is bound to say "what the **** are you on?"
8. The fact that nobody in the UK actually knows what you're on even after you've told them.
9. Detective Loyal and the great Lil Mayo scandal.
10. You can wage a bitter argument with someone for 3 days and then apologise via a Tipster Competition email.
11. After apologising by email, someone adds another post and you start the argument again.
12. No website has ever had quite so many themes in one day before.
13. When you can't be bothered to type you can just throw in a few smileys.
14. Real-time posting.
15. You have the facilty to upload an avatar, however pointless, ridiculous or confusing it may be.
16. The female posting contingent actually has something decent to say.
17. The quest for GAA points even though nobody is quite sure what they are for.
18. The anticipation when a little box appears on your screen telling you you have recieved an email meaning your topic has been replyied to.
19. You eagerly watched the countdown clock waiting for the URL change and then when you tried it it didn't work.
20. There is a real feeling that the people you are posting to are really good mates.
21. You can stay up for hours talking about Stacy from EastEnders.
22. You can actually ask for reliable advice on personal matters.
23. Even when feeling low, there is always a quick wit garunteed to make you smile.
24. You get p*ssed of when you were meaning to click on a topic on the lastest topics scroller and just missed it being forced to wait until it comes round again.
25. It provides a welcome distraction from just about anything.
26. The sarcastic comments that you can't help but smile at.
27. Recieving 20 emails a day from GAA Tipster...and you thought you had friends emailing you...
28. In a way it is friends emailing you...
29. The fact that a lot of us got here through willing to help complete a questionairre out of the goodness of our hearts.
30. The Championship is here again.

I don't really compare message boards/forums etc.
However I will say that is a very impressive post Sami. Good work. I liked it.
Only problem with this site is everyone gets along too well. I'd prefer to be controversial and hated instead of being boring and loved.

Well done Sammy - well thought out and a lot of effort put into it. Personally, aside from you oviously, I think they are all really strange people on here which is why I am PMing this comment to you.
