You can purchase, for about $13, a wee clip on device (battery operated) for when you're in the outside loo......

Rent in the capital is far from reasonable so some strategies have been taken on board including:
Only placing lightbulbs in the living room and bathroom.
All phone and laptop charging to be done in college.
Eggs to be boiled in the tea water.
Meals to be eaten straight from the pots and pans where possible.

Wouldnt fancy sittin in an outside loo this weather boxty, not sure what its like in Ireland but it was that cold here this mornin i even had to turn the heated seats of the car on. A leather interior can have its downsides!
