Ulster AllStars 2011
Danny Devlin (Derry); Frank McGlynn (Donegal), Neil McGee (Donegal), Joe McMahon (Tyrone); Conor Gormley (Tyrone), Karl Lacey (Donegal), Kevin Cassidy (Donegal); Sean Cavanagh (Tyrone), Joe Diver (Derry); Mark McHugh (Donegal), Eoin Bradley (Derry), Peter Harte (Tyrone); Colm McFadden (Donegal), Michael Murphy (Donegal), Jamie Clarke (Armagh).
Player of the Year - Karl Lacey (Donegal)
Not a bad side. Down are unfortunate not to have at least one representative in the forwards. Three big wins in the qualifiers and a refreshing brand of attacking football against Cork. Michael Friel and Charlie Kielt were more worthy of AllStars than Danny Devlin or Eoin Bradley in my opinion. Cavan got good years from Eugene Keating and Mark McKeever. Not sure about Fermanagh or Antrim. Joe McMahon, Peter Harte, Colm McFadden and Michael Murphy as well as Danny Devlin and Eoin Bradley would not have made my team.

Re: Ulster AllStars 2011
Michael Friel is a shocking omission in my book,a real workhorse of a player who will become aa important for Derry than McGilligan was! Devlin and Diver shouldn't be on there im my book!

Re: Ulster AllStars 2011
This thread is a bit like the PFA footballers and teams of the year where they used to pick teams from Divisions 1 to 4. Division 3 here ... if I'm being kind ..
