Would you bring Conor Murray? Or if you are bringing three 9s who would they be?
Boss, O'Leary and Reddin in that order....
Not a sport.

Re: Rugby World Cup 2011
I'd be worried looking at that alright.
D'arcy hasn't played well for quite some time now and rarely breaks the line. I fear our centre partnership is living on reputation though O'Driscoll will be a different player once it starts. O'Leary had a shocker - woeful box kick, woeful pass. I would bring Murray. Earls trying too hard but not got the physique either - threw a stupid pass to BOD when a simple one was better - BOD gave him some look! O'Callaghan a penalty liability as ever! If we think France are big wait til we see the Southern Hemisphere lads! Fitzgerald threw one awful pass but made two good breaks and is now certain to be on the plane. I expect us to beat England next week but we look very one dimensional ....

No impact on the SFP, nor on the price of bull calves...

Re: Rugby World Cup 2011
O'Leary must be gutted. He had a ticket in his hand and threw it away with that woeful pass and an inept and erratic performance on Saturday. Geordan Murphy a very lucky man but will see no meaningful game time if Kearney stays fit. Because Hayes doesn't have 80 mins he ends up at home even though he is a better option than Buckley. If Ross got injured Hayes could not replace him for a full game and thats why Buckley is going. I think Fitzgerald is very unlucky - he had a key part in two tries on Saturday. Would have him in the 30 before Wallace anytime.

O'Leary not unlucky, hampered by injuries for 12 months and then poor performance on Saturday.
Murphy travels solely as cover for Kearney. Might get the odd 15 mins to spare Kearney.
Hayes doesn't get the 80 minutes but is a better scrummager and lifter than Buckley...."Keeping fit in Bruff"..
Fitzgerald is unlucky even though his form has dipped. If I had to fill in the name Wallace for a ticket, I'd have gone for Mick.

Fitzgerald definitely should have been on the squad and think Kidney is going to regret leaving Hayes at home.

No he shouldn't, he has been out of form since 2009 and was a disaster at 15 during the 6 nations. Bowe, Earls and Trimble are far mire deserving of spots in the squad. McFadden had to come due to his ability to cover more than one position while Paddy Wallace also had to come for a similar reason as we needed a third choice out half in the squad.
Don't think he will regret leavinh Hayes at home either, he is finished, and not an impact sub to bring on. not that buckey is much use but Hayes days are long gone

Yes GF. I think New Zealand will win.
Interesting decision by Kidney putting in a new scrum half and leaving out other experienced scrum halfs such as Peter Stringer.

They are always tipped to win the World Cup and I do think they will with an Australia vs New Zealand final.
They will definitely win today with quite a bit to spare the aggregate scores think we will be looking towards the 100+ mark with Tonga lucky to get into 20's. Aggregate score between the two over three games is 238-16.

Handicap is 60 points I believe and would be surprised if New Zealand didn't beat that with a bit to spare

Suprised that they are only leading by 26 points with 46 mins gone.

Same here, only relying on text updates but thought the AB's would really lay down a marker today, they may well cut loose in the last 20 though

Sonny Williams is really running the show.
New Zealand almost had a try there but Tonga caught (I think Williams) it a last ditch attempt. 52 mins gone.
New Zealand are becoming sloppy here.
Re: Rugby World Cup 2011
New Zealand try 34 - 3 60 mins Kaino
Missed conversion...quite close to be honest.

Re: Rugby World Cup 2011
New Zealand try manonu
41 -10 78 mins.
FT.
Quite dissapointed with NZ even though they did play some good stuff for most of the game.

The conditions are sh1t but our forwards have been excellent and constantly making ground every time they take the ball around the fringes, they need to continue doing this for the first 15 or 20 minutes of the second half to tire the USA pack out, should just bout get the bonus point here
Credit to the USA they put in a very good shift there first half

USA are going in at all angles at the ruck. Ref is being very lienient with them.
Re: Rugby World Cup 2011
Too many passengers on the team
Jennings just isn't good enough for this level, none of the scrum halves are at this level either. D'Arcy is a shadow of his former self, hopefully that intercept pass will mean that McFadden will get a chance v the Aussies. We are going nowhere fast by the look of it
Only real plus is the form of O'Connell
