3/1 seems a great price for Clash. Omar comes in as an unknown quantity tho could be worth a bet...

Patience my dear patience!!! All competitors should soon be receiving a message from GAA-Fan regarding group dates/times. The Quiz will be run off over the next week and a half (all players lending themselves to their allocated times)
Good to see a spread of counties represented in it, only Cavan & Meath are represented twice with Bermuda_Bomber and the 2 Cavan lads of OMAR & Dougal being unknown quanities.
Hopefully it'll run off without a hitch as it appears to be a beast of a quiz to run! I could have picked easier ways to host my first one!!!

Group C is the group of death with the mighty Clash and Swinny and the token Leitrim man thrown in ....

What's with all this Mugbake stuff Niamh/Orlagh? .
Thanks for the handy draw Bald Eagle. As long as there isn't a music round Dougal should be easy enough to shackle and One has to live up to the standard set by Mr Thomas Clarke of course

Unfortunately there's no admin on to put the chatbox up, nor it seems like you have any competition BB!! What have you done to them? I hope there was no outside intimidation to ensure easy passage!!

No no, not at all, I'm shocked that you'd think a Meath man would be involved in any sort of intimidation!

Nah I don't think it's technically defined as intimidation if you just box them and walk away

Dreadful scenes here..... Management will have to throw out a few free rounds of pints to compensate....
De duds are doubtless still in Gill's in the full knowledge that throw-in will be delayed to suit them.....Bah!!!!

Re: GT National Quiz League 2010
After 25 minutes it doesn't look like either admin will turn up to put the chatbox up or that Hag&Cheese or OMAR will turn up either.
Apologies BB for the waste of your warm up but it looks unlikely that we'll get this group played off tonight, bit disappointing for me but sure what can you do? Make sure you get a good cool down done now!!!
We'll have to play the group off on the same night as one of the other groups now as those are the only nights i can spare time this week, that's if there is an interest in the quiz, hopefully this is just a minor blip.
I'm gonna have to sign off now as i have taken a break from work to do this and really need to get back to it.

I'm off to get drunk to cool down. I'll be able to do tomorrow and maybe Wednesday but I'm away then until early next week. Still keen for the quiz though BE!
