Who would you bring back
to your county panel that hasnt retired due to age or injury problems?
For me I would want Phillip Lougran back for Armagh, could really help solve are midfield woes but dont have a clue what has happened to him.

They could have retired because they were no longer required. But the likes of Lougran who is only 26/27 could prove to be an addition to the squad that is beneficial to the team.
Toal and Lougran were actually the next McGrane and McGeeney partnership but Toal suffered a serious injury and Lougran - well dont know what happened to him even though he is my cousin

You can only bring back players that have a realistic chance of playing...not 40+ year olds

Pearse Hanley who has gone down under. He's only 19 and was a huge prospect for Mayo.]
Ciaran McDonald-twas a stupid reason why he was dropped, he was only dropped because he didnt turn up for a match and wasnt efficient enough etc. and lots of other things mingled into that. Should be back on the squad.
David Brady, he retired so shouldnt really be under this category, but i would love to see him back in the green and red-not going to happen, but i'm hoping that if mayo get to the all-ireland final, he might be brought back on the squad, sorta like the stephen o neill situation.

I see more Armagh players have stepped down, how do you think this will affect use this year? Were they usefull enough players or only fringe players?

Re: Who would you bring back
impossible i know but i would love to have Cormac McAnallen back again - the only other player i can think of who might make a decent contribution would be Ger Cavlan.
We havent lost too many players in Tyrone thank god, i know Peter Donelly has recently pulled the pin but he wasnt making it as a senior player for some unknown reason. The only other guys in recent years who made themselves unavailable for selection was Declan Mc Crossan and Mark Harte son of Mickey - Mark would be a useful enough guy to have on the bench come to think of it, deadly accurate from frees just very light and timid
