Why didn't McIntyre bring on Joe?

Think Galway management need to take a long hard look at themselves. Very surprised we didn't see Joe. Where was he? I thought he should have been introduced.

Maybe they should bring in a rule change so that you could have "special Teams" - then bring him on for Penalties and Line balls.
On the subject of young hurlers Gearoid Ryan seems an impressive prospect
