Just on the note about Kerrys celebrations after the game, they did the exact same in 2006 when they beat us in the quarter final. I would say the main reason being because of the total ***** being aimed at them that they could not beat Armagh or Tyrone when it mattered. Bullshit programmes being made about the dominance of the two northern counties. Obviously they got the Armagh thing out of the way much sooner than they did Tyrone but the thinking was the same. They were basically just saying normal service is being resumed. And who could argue with them. Good luck to them for the rest of the year.

big difference being Samin that in 2006 Kerry beat almost the same Armagh team that had got the better of them in previous matches, in no way did the Tyrone team they beat last Saturday come anyway close to being the same team that had got the better of Kerry on 3 occasions. Therefore the celebrations and blubbering by Galvin seemed very hollow and those that celebrated hardest know that!!!

I know what you're saying, just think that northern media and alot of tyrone and Armagh people did themselves no favours with the slabbering that went on that we had become better than Kerry. Alot of changes in Armagh team between 02 and 06 as well (not as much as Tyrone)(by no means the same Kerry team either which should be remembered), whether Kerry players and supporters admitt it or not Tyrone and to a lesser extent Armagh had got into their heads in this period. I think it was more a celebration of them getting the monkey off their backs so to speak than actually beating any particular 15 men from the opposition county. It was the county and not the players they were celebrating beating.
