Carlow have defeated Louth by 0-14 to 0-13

Re: Carlow V Louth
Well done HG and Carlow football. This is a great result.
Looking at Championship results subsequent to the last year's Leinster Final, it looks as if the worst thing to ever happen Meath and Louth, was to qualify for it.
I hope Carlow give Wexford a decent game and I'm sure they will - it'd be great to see a team like them qualify for a Leinster Final. But as we seen with Leitrim, one big win can quickly be followed by a devasting loss.

This is the problem here lad! One fooking win and the county goes drink mad - and the players probably too! Just look at Leitrim - it wouldn't happen in Dublin! Carlow should knuckle down now - they have only the Yella Bellies to beat to get to a Leinster Final (where they will be creamed one way or the other!)

Your right there Jayo, but the seens at the end were magnificent. This is our first Leinster semi final since 1958. With Luke Dempsey in charge I won't fear players losing their heads he will realize that this is a fantastic chance to get to the final. Wexford will be tough like they have beaten Offaly and Westmeath by cricket scores and they only scraped over these in the league....shows their improvement. They will be delighted to be playing Carlow (ranked 31 out of 34) and not Louth.
Looking forward to the semi and hopefully the Dubs will come in early to roar us on. The whole of Carlow would fit into Croke Park.
Believe (thanks for that mullins)
