I always thought that O'Grady's reason for leaving Cork had something to do with his job and that he would never manage again.

He was a principal below in a Secondary School in Cork City, retired last June....

If Limerick couldn't do much when the greatest living hurling coach was in charge, I don't expect O'Grady to do a lot.
