Summer Holidays
Anyone heading of anywhere nice on the Hols this year - god knows the weather here would drive you to drink and beyond.
Am heading to Portugal myself in a few weeks with the other half and the little one. Albufeira is the destination for one week of sun sand sea and spoilt brats probably!!!
Anyone been there before and know of any places to go things to do, whats the food like and good bars worth a visit????

A kip of the highest order...A dungheap festooned by loud-mouthed Newcastle/Sunderland yobs whose main holiday aim was to settle old scores....A beach (gravel pit) strewn with used condoms, beer cans, kebab wrappers and the rest (I've forgotten the donkey sanctuary)..Bocerty, you get what you pay for........Miserable cnut....

A daughter of mine won a car in a raffle about a month ago.....She's married and lives somewhere conjunctive to the meetings of the Traffic Light jerseys, The Black and Amber and The Yellow Bellies...
She, being Ancestral, converted the winnings into, a 07 Golf for Hubby and a Mobile Home at Ardamine in Wexico.....
The War Office was placed "On an Eastbound train" this morning to oversee the story....

so Boxty decided to avail of afternoon tea in the nearest hostelry - decided to hang on to catch the crack with the rush hour 5-6 crowd then headed home kipped for three hours on the couch and has awakened to dry throat slighly painful temples and a signicant lack of food on table ?

Another War Corr home alone. Twisted knee and second abscess in 4 months have restrained mobility and pleasure. But where there is a will, there's a beer.

As the story goes Dustin as a fan of the method went and ran a couple of miles so that he had the appearance of someone who had just ran a couple of miles. Vague on the exact quote but when advised of the situation Larry stated - Why can't the dear boy just act ?

Re: Summer Holidays
rented a house for a week a few years ago in Beaufort county kerry. Really good time, about 6 or 7 miles out of Killarney beside gap of Dunloe. Was definately a great place but not cheap.
Dunmore East in Waterford is good as well.
Hard to beat Donegal as well, bit easier got to.

I got a mate in Kilbarrack who'll rent you out his whole flat for the wkend for 20euro. There's a pub there and an xtra-vision too I think and if you want to smell the Liffey its walkable. Best not to bring any valuables or children mind you.bocerty wrote:folks anyone know of any good destinations in the Emerald Isle for 2 adults and 2 children the youngest of which is only weeks old the other 4 1/2 years.
