Hurling or Football?
Hurling for me.
I suppose only the likes of Galway, Cork and Meath posters will be able to give an accurate summary of each but everyone welcome to post their opinion.
Although, I probably excelled more with the bigger ball, I have always enjoyed hurling an awful lot more. I used to love the trainings on the Summer evenings and Sunday mornings. Far more enjoyable than the football.
And as a sport to watch, hurling is way out in front. To put it quite simply, there is little like it on earth.

Aye there's nothing like a good game of hurling alright!! For speed, bravery, excitement etc - do you rate it ahead of American Football Loyal?

I wouldn't tend to "rate" sports, Jayo. I have preferences alright. And if I had to choose between say the Munster final and the Superbowl, it would Semple Stadium's finest for me. What about you?

Have a love of most sports Loyal - can even take a bit of cricket!! Used to watch the US football but haven't seen it for ages - and find it too drawn out. Might have a new found interest in the Steelers now though!!
I think hurling at the highest level is arguably the best sport in the world and one of Jayo's 'things to do before I die' is to attend a Munster Hurling Final in Thurles. Was at the Dub-Kerry games and the atmosphere was amazing so a Final (prob Cork v Tipp) is a must see!
