Triona=3in a row missing

Where is he should we call the Guards-he went all around the world and logged on to say he was OK.
He came back got a job in Dublin and now hes missing-why has he being stunned into silence

I think a dumbbell fell on his whatsits when he was having a snatch and jerk. Could be out for a while with that one ....

Several recently departed souls, wherever they have gone? Triona is one of them, not a bad poster really but started to get on a lot of people's nerves with his weightlifting nonsense. Off topic slightly, but during my time as moderator, I noted two former posters on here as Hidden users with a bit of regularity, whatever is the point of it. Same question to Mullins?

Lived in the Southside in his previous life. Yes came back and against my advice moved Northside. Never heard of again. I did put up some posters in Smithfield today seeking some information so there is a glimmer of hope.

No use in CREATINE panic here - Triona was HERBefore and will be here again - no point in INSULIN the guy just cos we ZINC he's gone awol - wont be long before he's CHOLINE again ....
