Should Horse Racing be Banned?
Should we ban horse racing
Any chance of a poll on this.
Nothing in my case to do with horses been put up, down or even sideways there an animal you can eat them-don't taste too bad either bit tougher than beef but not too bad.
1. waste of money looking at the state of the country now
hospital wards etc closing down etc schools closing and we still subsidise a thing for the idle rich (not rich from sligo but the other riches in the country).
If they want let them pay for it
2 not paying any tax for stud fees and the rest of us paying more and more and still schools and hospitals closing down
3 its an addiction leads people to lose more than the can afford to.
4 its crap
5 to p**s off loyal and maybe get him though college instead of debating about spanish birds
Mods cons and addy's a poll there please
6 for about 900 0ther reasons the rest of ye lot can think of

RMD now I never mentioned talk about it.
As a so called sport should we call for its expulsion from the back pages.
for it to cease to exist.
This I am calling for is a ban on getting gobsheens to pat €20 to 30 a head to go into an area to lose more money .
A ban on the whole lot.
A poll please

Your only saying that bet you would look deep down really deep down now and you might bang your head and forget about horse racing.

Don't agree with the use of the whip. At the Galway races this year I was away from the stands and it was fairly quiet so I was able to hear the lashing of the horses about 200 yards away.

there actually might be a few jockeys who would enjoy that!!!
Hopefully they'll have enough cocaine in them to loosen them up a bit
