Re: The disappearing thread
Wasnt being used as effectively as we would have liked. So merged it with football.
Re: The disappearing thread
There was nothing wrong with it at all. Sounds like a case of too many mods twiddling their thumbs looking for things to do to justify their exhaulted status

Its just simplifying the forums. It wasnt really necessary as it required more moderating, and if members want to discuss matches they can do so in the football or hurling forums.
Re: The disappearing thread
GAA Fan also wishes to add that the views of forum users are very important as is feedback. Any such contributions will be carefully considered and then totally disregarded ........

Re: The disappearing thread
OH. I see you put it in the other thread. I think it deserves a thread of its own?

Re: The disappearing thread
Loyal - it is merged with the other conspiracy thread. We are not gonna have a f**** site full of conspiracy threads - this is not a conspiracy - just common sense!!!

Re: The disappearing thread
Loyal it is conscription now not conspiracy.
Or is it a conspiracy that that thread was conscripted into the other thread.
Feck it i think the marliyn monroe one is easier to understand

Re: The disappearing thread
Are the rumours true, are emoticons the next to mysteriously disappear on GT?
Say it aint so Joe, otherwise the emoticon thread really wont make any sense at all!

ahh NSG, this was some time ago now in the 'early days' when there was a slight consipiracy regarding one user deleting their account due to something or other to do with PMs I think (can't quite recall the details). Loyal being Loyal turned himself into a detective and set out to find the facts and bring down those responsible. Then I think the old analysis section got moved/deleted and some people went off on one about that.
and now because some clever clogs found out how to import these funky new emoticons they seem to be on the way out as well (which is good because they are stupid!)
my facts are probably all wrong but hope I am of help

NĂamh seems to have disappeared altogether. GT and indeed life itself feels somewhat empty and pointless without her.
