Don't listen to it. I did and I had nightmares last night.

i see Fergal Logan is to help Tommy Freeman in his bid to reduce his 8 week ban. Good to see Monaghan had the sense to turn to a Tyrone man in their hour of need Very Happy

I have to say i agree with you Jayo - it all gets a bit boring and tedious after a while the sooner the GAA sort out the whole discipline system the better.

I agree, it is being dragged out an awful long time but you can't expect Monaghan to accept Tommy's ban when worse was let go. I don't agree with this whole thing of legal people going up to represent players in an amateur game, but this is what it has come to. For the recent hearing the Derry lads sent up Brolly, a barrister who had prepared a thorough case for them, with the aid of new footage of the game which he cleverly spun to aid them in getting the bans reduced. We sent up our treasurer and county chairman with Tommy! When you look at it like that it's not much of a surprise how the bans came out, we were very naive in thinking we'd get Tommy's band reduced like that, it seems you need a professional these days to get anywhere.

i dont expect Monaghan to take it either MMM not when worse seems to mean less when it comes to bans. Hope the appeal is successful.

So I heard, fair play to him, it would have been a shame for Tommy to miss out.

I'd still be very sceptical though, no official word on it yet and for all we know the whole ban could be upheld yet.
