Laois were poor enough IMO. Not surprising they have bulked up with an Armagh man in charge.

It seems acceptable to make an allowance for Dublin last week because they were at 60-70% and yet we all must assume that Meath were at 100% and were again today. Parouisa likes to pass off cliches and soundbites like this to sound clever too.

You have posted much the same thing after 3 maybe 4 Meath championship matches this year.
I wonder have Meath ever played anything but "a poor enough team "IMO""

Re: Meath and Laois
I enjoyed watching the game today but the amount of mistakes, turnovers, bad shooting, bad options etc was huge.. It was entertaining but its easy to fall into the trap when watching two average sides that it is good football. In reality Cork or Kerry would have beaten either side out the gate today. To look at it another way Sligo would be on a par with Meath or Laois.
Loyal - you continue to delude yourself if you like - I couldn't give a sh1te tbh. I don't dislike Meath at all and like to see a good Meath team - fact is they are as poor as they have been for many years. Add in the minors hammering last week and there is a huge job to be done.

Re: Meath and Laois
Probally the wrong thread but:
The poverty of weaker teams is drastic...
Cork, Dublin or Donegal will win it out.
My hope for the future envisages Sam in Tír Chonaile..
