I'll give up the game if any of Hurricane Fly, Quevaga and Sizing Europe win.

Why don't you just tip the Irish trained horse that is shortest in the betting like you have done for the rest of the races?

I see Loyal is still seething after I kicked his hole in the Cheltenham tipping comp . The above are not tips btw, merely facts, take them as you will

Re: Cheltenham 2012
Mossbags your average one-fastival a year punter does not want mainstream opinions like yours. Give them an unoriginal tip that will will turn 10 euro in an amount worth talking about. Any fool can look at the betting and pick the one at the top or just back out the Irish runner who had a piece on him at the end of RTE's Sports News. Or the one who Ruby Walsh says will win in his Examiner column.

Re: Cheltenham 2012
Cheltenham Tuesday
Race 1
Steps to Freedom, solid chance in wide open heat
Race 2
Al Ferof. Outbattled favourite Sprinter Sacre up the hill last year and can do again. Back in Paddy Power, money back if Sprinter Sacre wins)
Race 3
The Package, get on early have a feeling this one may be well backed tomorrow
Race 4
Hurricane Fly BANKER I shall be having quite a sizeable investment on this one
Race 5
Scotsirish, class will out
RACE 6
Quevega BANKER put in a treble with Hurricane Fly and Sizing Europe who runs on Wednesday, all will win and should pay roughly 4/1
Race 7
Bless the Wings, Should be primed for this
For extra grade for the week back improving Pistons to cover the spread(6.5) at lowly Jazz and Spurs to wipe the floor with crap Wizards in tonights NBA

Never worry Boc, a pound saved buys the same as a pound earned. Barring a dramatic turnaround, poor old Moss will be going hungry tonight!

Re: Cheltenham 2012
Fair play Moss.
In fairness, I decided last year that trying to predict anything at Cheltenham is a nightmare, and remember discussing this with Loyal on here. Trainers and owners have it on such a pedestal that entire seasons are being mapped out with it in mind, meaning that form in Nov/Dec/Jan can almost be discarded, resulting in punters having little more than a shot in the dark.

Re: Cheltenham 2012
I think that Bobs Worth is open for plenty of improvement from his wind op and run in the Reynoldstown. He is far more suited to going lefthanded and won an Albert Bartlett on good ground last year. i think he will get the better of Grand Crus today, he has 5 lengths to make up on Grand Crus from the Feltham but he loves it around Cheltenham and the return to a left handed track and wind op should help in this regard and if it turns into a battle late on I think he will grind it out.
Hard to oppose Simonsig and Sizing Europe today, both are too short for me but hard to find alternatives to take them on with

The absence of Loyal from the discussions is vastly understated!
In other news, had a tip for Cinders and Ashes early y'day morning from an employee of one of the top UK trainers so had that and Rock on Ruby, apart from that........nuffink! I am still up though, only by £1.30 but i'm winning!!!!!
