RIP Tommy O'Neill
The news has broken that Carlow county board secretary Tommy O'Neill has died suddenly at his home today. He was a great man who knew everything about the GAA and was one of the best members of the Carlow county board in history. He will be missed terribly. Our thoughts are with his family and friends.
