It would appear that with genuine heavyweights in Dublin, Meath and Kildare, allied to 2nd tier strength from the likes of Laois and Louth and then adding in our third tier teams like Wicklow and Wexford that have always had the measure of Ulster teams - that you may be on to something here Loyal.
