You won't be underdogs though (sure you are the Leinster Champions!) so the pressure will be all on Meath ...
Ugh leave me alone you're such a buzz kill tonight Jayo! Jeeeeeeeez!

The more I think about it, the more I think Kildare will win.

It's going to be a cracking game thats for sure. Think Meath will just take it though - would expect Meath to hit them hard from the beginning.
Re: All Ireland Q/Fs
It will be very tight. Meath will get no change in midfield. Its all down to how well the front 6 do. They have had their moments - but they will all have to contribute against Kildare cos Kildare will run up a good score. Doyle will not play as bad again and if they can reduce the silly wides tally (like Dublin) they could score something approaching 20 points I reckon.

Well both teams will be going for it hell for effing leather but I have a feeling that Kildare will start stronger. If we keep them in sight though I'd say we'll be able to catch them.

They're notorious for being slow starters, even us at our lowest ebb went a few points up on Saturday. If Meath let Kildare ahead at the start it's a bad sign.

Well maybe so, that's just my gut feeling.

Re: All Ireland Q/Fs
"And of the beaten finalists that have been forced to play within six
days, only one (Dublin in 2001) has managed to bounce back and win.
That should be sufficient proof that change is urgently needed. Had any
provincial final ended in a draw, the next game would have had to be
postponed anyway, so a change is possible if the will is there."
That's wrong. Tyrone did it in 2005 did they not - even after a reply.

Well I spent all day saturday swamped by rug rats whilst Mrs Omar went to the Ulster Fleadh in Castlewellan on the provision that I had a VISA for golf or other next Saturday. That combined with a phonecall from a friendly gift bearing service provider
sets up my saturday quite nicely

Ah so it's your fault .... I might have known! Is that a corporate brace whereby with the moosus out of commission Jayo could provide the company. I could nag you for the afternoon and get you to buy all the gargle. It'll be just like having the missus with you ....

It is indeed a corporate brace -so the Gargle/Programme/Grub is funded
However the quid pro quo on these occasions is to find a wingman that is happy to stay sober and drive Omar back up the M3. I do however provide open drive motor/petrol/ and prepaid Toll thingy and can probably sponge a parking spot
but the sober driver is crucial.

Get a bus with a toilet. I have provided corporate escort services in the past and these have included trips to matches in Croke Park too.
Among my testimonials are
"Jayo C is a fine lad and was great company. He could drink whiskey out of a sore leg. As a golf enthusiast I found his knowledge of hurling to be great and he certainly sorted out my puckouts from sideline cuts" - Seanie, Anglo
"Jayo is a great drinking buddy and ensures that the private bar staff are kept honest. He knows his stuff and explained to me the way to stick an 'O' on the name of every Dublin player's name thereby making me feel really knowledgeable." Eugene, AIB
"The boy Cluxton can hold his gargle alright. I was dubious when he insisted we arrive 20 minutes late but he was right as the game was delayed. His booing of frees was top class and the stash of Dutch Gold came in handy later." Fingers.

Your camardarie with fallen boardroom icons has little value - though your business possibly has expansion potential in alternative offerings to market - It may be possible that Peter Quinn and co missed a trick (if you pardon the expression). Although it might require a partnership deal with Jurys for short stay accomodation
- Suggest Dragons Den - Cant see Ms Carey being to much in favour but backing from the more red blooded contigent may be possible - Perhaps Boxty's knowledge of Eastern European labour markets may also provide Synergies.
On the subject of fingers - brings back memories of a different era. U2 in croker
Fillet steaks - corporate boxes (the double sized ones) wine by the bucket load
and sitting with developers, regulators and dept of finance officials and fingers the ever dapper host - sadly a different era

Cluxton has the space in the new development, doors 2 foot thick I gather. I'll work on the other issue. Meanwhile, I'll give you a ring over the weekend to set up a series of interviews. No further on this forum please in case PS's brother gets wind of things.
