Consider your options here a minute.................

Dublin are in provincials...If they lose to Meath today they go into the 2nd round of the qualifiers because they are a losing semi finalist so they play one of the winners from round 1 of qualifiers.

If they get past round 2 they go into round 3 and play against one of the winners in round 2. If they get past round 3 they then play against the losing provincial finalists and if they win that round they are in the last 8.

All predicated on the word IF.....no guarantee of 2 additional games....

Indeed it is based on if. But the GAA would make a lot of money from the additional 2 games and Dublin may well benefit from them. Sooner or later the fans will get bored of winning Leinster and the attendances will drop.

I feel sorry for Cork. Coming back with such a display against Wicklow and now have to play the one of the best teams in Ireland.
