Player Transfer
What 5 players would you wish to transfer from another county onto your county team?
I'd like:
1. Colm Cooper
2. Paddy Bradley
3. Mattie Forde
4. Joe McMahon
5. Padraig Joyce

Re: Player Transfer
Given Antrim's defeat of Sligo tonight it condemns Leitrim to Div.4 for another season and this is due, in the main, to a lack of big, strong scoring forwards.
So I'll approach the cross-border bodies and seek the services of Sean Cavanagh, Stevie McDonnell, Paddy Bradley, Brian McGuigan and Paul McGrane at midfield.
A bit of better feeding, kebabs, jumbo b/rolls and the good old burger and chips will build up the rest of our crew and to pot with this oul' dieting.
I'll keep Maxwell and Mulligan up front and jig the seats around a bit and then we'll be just dandy.

Re: Player Transfer
I have to say i wouldnt have Padraig Joyce about me at all - i think he is one of the most over-rated footballers about at present.
When Galway are going well and winning he's grand but when you need him to take a game by the scruff of the neck he disappears of the radar.
One player i would have on the Tyrone team is Feargal Doherty the Derry midfielder - very under rated in my opinion and would be a great addition to any county team. His display in last years league final was top class.

Finally, someone has the same opinion about padraig joyce as I do. He's completely over-rated, and youre totally rigth, nowadays, he doesnt play up to scratch in the big games at all. Last year v kerry he was nowhere near the best player he's made out to be.
