Dublin GAA support
Only a handful turned up for an All-Ireland u21 semi-final! A population of 1.5 million and only a couple of hundred attend this match? Hardly surprising though when approximately ten times that figure would attend any Bohs, Rovers, Shels, Pats, Home Farm match.
Said it all along, unless there's Tuborg or Dutch Gold to be had on the Hill or even a line or two, most Dubs aren't interested. No "Wheelo" or "Jayo" playing either. Still at least one man in the population of 1.5 million believes.

The support you have had at Championship games in recent years has been atrocious Loyal. Your fans don't bother with the backdoor games at all. Mind you ye should be used to them by now.

Meath GAA support - one of life's greatest oxymorons! Unless of course you can count the crowd that like to chant "easy easy" as GAA support.

FFS Loyal, its only April sunshine. They need a minimum of 20 degrees June sunshine before they will go. Just wait Loyal.

Aye and you see how much Dublin not getting to the Final cost the GAA. And you are way off the mark with your League of Ireland figures there Loyal.

With the rugby and soccer money now gone the GAA better pray that the Dubs get 4/5 or more games each year...

oh right, so we are going further back now than our two games last year losing by 3 against the defending all-ireland champions and then losing in extra time to a pretty good Monaghan side? To be fair to Wexford they did alot better than the Dubs outside of leinster that year. Nerves got to them in the leinster final but at least they didnt ***** themselves when they met non leinster opposition.
Give me a championship run of meeting Wexford and Dublin rather than meeting Tyrone and Monaghan any time.

Re: Dublin GAA support
yeah Monaghan have totally overachieved in recent years alright. Wexford is only two seasons ago so sorry for bringing that up but sure you only had the minimum two games last year so not much to chat about there ....

like i say we cant all be that lucky to play in leinster, in our regular stadium with 60000 fans and against ***** opposition. Yes Wexford is two years ago, but alot has changed about Armagh football since then. How exactly did youse get on in 2008, Provincial champions (if you could call that a provincial championship) and all-ireland quarter finalists. Same as us i believe.

Re: Dublin GAA support
Well we've won 5 in a row now so we must be a bit like Armagh really - great in our province but f*** all use after that. 6 titles in 8 years and only one Sam! Looks like ye aren't great once ye get out of Ulster either.

1 Sam, another final. Surely a good bit better than Dublins record? Which would you rather have jayo, 6 provincial titles, 1 all ireland and another final. Or 5 provincials and not as much as a semi final win?

We'll give it another 3 seasons so. We have 5/5 - so lets see if we can get 6 in 8 and maybe even a Sam ....

Though that was pretty bad myself. I though there were lots of dubs living in cavan but maybe they dont follow the GAA. Id reckon there was 10 roscommon to every dub there if not more.
