Worst actor in the world ...

Now sport aside - so not counting the Tyrone lads - and admittedly I am not a film buff, but Hugh Grant has got to be the most insufferable and worst thespian that has ever appeared on screen. I wouldn't put him on a bug screen!

I was channel hopping tonight and his smug mug complete with foppy hair and twat accent appeared. I don't know how many films he has done (and his second was one too many) - but if you've seen one you've seen them all. Same plot, same role, same voice, same inane acting and woodenness - god its woeful. Why does he get roles? He is shocking! He should have stuck to snooker - I remember a few years back when he potted a divine brown. And to think Julia and Sandra appeared with him ...

So who is the worst actor of all time - surely Hugh? Throw in a few suggestions and we'll do a poll ...

Nicholas Cage is woeful and not a big fan of Julia Roberts either.

Quentin Tarantino, in his own films.

Used to insist on appearing in his own films, thankfully seems to have given up that ghost.

Ironically, the one film that he gave a half-passable performance was one that he didn't direct (From Dusk Till Dawn, where he played a neurotic, physcopathic, sexual deviant; and was actually believable in the role.............)

Julia Roberts and Clive Owen in 'Duplicity' was the single was most spirit-crushingly boring film I have ever seen.

Jean Claude Van Damme/Steven Segal.

Like a bad car crash though, you can't help but look.

Also, the Owen Wilson is probably one of the most over-rated actors. When he is in a comedy with a decent co-star i.e Vince Vaughan in Wedding Crashers and Ben Stiller in Zoolander he comes across as quite funny but then in You, Me and Dupree with Matt Dillon (not that funny either) he was crap!

Probably any one of the WWE wrestlers such as the Rock, Hulk Hogan etc closely followed by the likes of Segal and Stallone. Swarzenegger would be in there too but Terminator keeps him out of my list just about.
Madonna would be one of the worst actresses about closely followed by Paris Hilton - She sucks big time
