I couldn't say that with any degree of certainty. I look at their team and I don't see any world-beaters listed. At least the team of the late 90s had Brian Lacey, Glenn Ryan, Niall Buckley, Willie McCreery, Eddie McCormack and Martin Lynch. Very good players! I don't believe they have that calibre of player today.
You look at the teams they beat last year, Laois, Offaly, Wexford and Wicklow and I wonder what all the fuss is about. The looking good in defeats to Dublin and Tyrone is quite deceptive. Dublin and Tyrone were always going to win them games.

It wouldn't take a mass amount of improvement for us to win Leinster.
We have, by some way, the best footballers in Leinster. But thats been the case since 2007 and we still haven't won it.

Where would any of these fit onto a goodish Kerry team of the last 10/15 years?
Right...nowhere....Lynch a very good player

Loyal we have won leinster since 02 bar 2 years under tommy lyons when things were wrong in the camp--last year we completed 5 in a row and failed to win Sam-yet we break up a winning leinster team and you think you will win our crown-your wrong we will pull further away from leinster before this year is out..

But shure Mullins that's a no-brainer...It's been thrashed out here before, ad nauseum, Leinster is the poorest province....
Leinster is the Conference of the Gaelic hierarchy with noble exception to KK in the stick game....

Poor as Connacht may appear, the Dublin problem was spawned by one of you're own clubmen.......The foundation of the game rests with the clubs and you know that...
You, who derides "purchased success" in another code, must hatch your own eggs.....

Leinster is the runt of the pack. A whole decade with only one (losing!) appearance in an all-ireland final. It would nearly be sad if it wasn't so funny

Galway have beaten the Grand Total of ONE Non-Connaught county since 2001. One Non-Connaught county.

I will accept sledging of Leinster from Ulster posters and even Munster... but from a province where one of the 'major powers' hasn't won Sam in nearly 60 years and the other has six since World War II - I don't think so!
