Greatest living Irish person....Grand Final.....
For reasons of modesty, the current Cork Secretary, Mr. Frank Murphy, has instructed his proposer to withdraw his name from this contest so we are left with 10 candidates. I believe the poll can accommodate all 10 so in the interests of expediency we'll go for a straight shoot-out. 24 hours from date of posting...single preference vote...Good luck to all..

Jeeze there are some right names up there. If that is the best we can do I demand JC's name be included! If not and people know anything about the history of this country there is only one winner ....

Re: Greatest living Irish person....Grand Final.....
Moss sorry love hurling and played all my life but at this stage I nearly hate club hurling in Wexford. Those hurling clubs have fucked up my county so much they think they are all that matters bunch of w****rs.
They are the reason Wexford is doing so bad.
A long story and I will post on it but all I will say is the county chairman is a member of Dunnes and story's club and for the last 4 years football would of been burst at county level if he was allowed

It is fitting that a Kerry man is the greatest living Irish person. The only difficulty would be picking which one as there are so many.
