For elegance in a defender, Paul Curran deserves a mention. Punditry skills less than impressive, however.

Tomas O'Se not bad either.

His uncle Paidi too.

I'll say Curran.

I think Paul Curran was a superb footballer and a natural athlete and I'd be going for him.

Tomas O'Se, Moynihan. Tommy Drumm, Paul Curran, Niall Cahalane, Paudi O'Se, Paudi Lynch (who could play just about anywhere). You could even add in Declan Meehan, who was magnificent for a few years for Galway.

Struggling on this one. Maybe Tomas or Curran, but neither were great defenders. Tommy Drumm maybe the best all round right half-back there. Or even Moynihan.

Eugene Mulligan of Offaly (71-78) for me but I'll go with the "inspirational" Paudi O'Sé to keep ye happy.... 5. Right half back Icon_lol

Would see Paudi in the corner meself if I was to pick him - not half back at all - in the true sense of the word (position) IMO.
