ps Was up at Chez Jayo on Saturday and it is at its lowest ebb. Everything is in smithereens and can only get better!! Mind you the builder is a Galwayman so ...

IKEA day today for both (waste of time) - on to other kitchen emporia - granite work tops, porcelain floors, gadgets galore - throw in the windows that cost a bit more, the geothermals, the 5 rings on some ceramic hob when I have never seen more than two used, the Italian sinks, the toilets that must wipe your a**e given the price, the light switches made of gold .... jaysus its meself you should be asking after!
