Dont know a lot about him but reading some things from various websites, I noticed that he is a very sought after man and now he is Armagh's new strength and conditioning coach.

he has done the rounds with quite a few different codes, he worked with the Fermanagh footballers many moons ago, i know a lot of the guys in my own club were using weights programs he had done out at the start of the decade and it helped us win our first ever senior championship in 2003.

He has worked with a lot of Rugby teams and as far as i remember he narrowly lost out on a job with the All Blacks a few years back.

He knows what he is at, of that i have no doubt. I would ask the question though what is wrong with their strength and conditioning as it is - its the football side of things O' Rourke needs to look at.

He has worked a lot in Ulster. I think his initial training is in the boxing scene ......

makes you wonder at what cost is he coming at - the guy is a professional coach so it wont be cheap. Still i suppose they are saving money appointing an outsider like Paddy as manager Suspect Suspect Suspect
