Re: Results!
Must be twenty odd years ago since I did me inter-cert. No drinking in them days, Jason. The morning of my Maths exam in my inter-cert, I was out rounding up cattle for a TB test from 6am and and I ended missing the first half hour of the exam after a pair of heifer calves went on a tour of the countryside.

I used to just do a bit of mental aritmethic with a pencil and paper the morning of my maths tests! I never thought of that novel way of rounding up cattle and counting them to sharpen my math skills - a bit like counting sheep when you go to sleep! No wonder you are good at it - and I know you are!

Re: Results!
speaking of mathes exams remember when were where in CIT (Carlow to ye heathens) and in our 2/3 year not to sure on this one but our maths exam was on a Sat.
so Jim and 2 of his friends (ok the only two that would talk/associate/ dare to be seen with me) decided to take a break from the study on the friday and go to scaggs alley for a pint- to settle the nerves.
Anyway to cut a long story and an even better session short myself and the other stupid one (one had sense to go back to the flat) where stopped on the door on the way into the exam the next morning due to the two of us been under the influence.
The supervisor decided to call the lecturer to see if it was ok to let us in, to her dismay he arrived even worse than us and got on to her to leave us in.
We had meet him in the pub the night before and went on a right bender he dropped us home that morning and got the wife to collect us in the morning as he said he had a feeling we may of slept it in and have hassle getting into the exam.
Strangley the best exam i ever did in my life but the other stupid one bet me he got the full 100% and didn't sober up till that evening. He now (the lucky fecker) owns a String of pubs in scotland.
And no wicked involved!!
