The British Open Empty The British Open

Just watching the Open here and it looks like Tiger is going to miss the cut for the first time in 3 years and for only the 6th time in a major!
Clarke, McGinley, Harrington and McDowell have all made the cut and with so much movement on the leaderboard it could be an exciting weekend!

Don't forget young McIlroy as well Shinners, he's still in it too!!

John Daley is looking well placed,my pick from the start to win it! I think Harrington will make a bit of a charge today, hopefully we can have an Irishman in the mix tomorrow!

Harrington had great start today but has faded out very badly! Only a miracle will see him retain the Claret Jug at this stage!
Marino and Watson heading out together. Looking forward to that! It would be a great achievement, each in their own way, if either of them won it.

Totally gutted for the old master Watson after watching the play off last night, what an anti-climax eh?

Watson's had his time in the spotlight 30 years ago. Its good to see the majors spread out and even better to see first time winners. Well done Stewart Cink.
