This weekend sees the head to head between the county that finished mid table in Division 3 and the team who only just finished above London and Kilkenny in the league.
Going on form, you cannot look past Louth dishing out a hiding.
Longford are without Kavanagh which is a huge blow but if Barden is fit and McGee gets a decent supply of ball they might make up for it.
A friend of mine who is very close to the Louth camp (his brother is on the team) told me that all is not well there. Players bickering, arguing with selectors etc;
It wont be a game that will live long in the memory but I'd be hopeful we dont disgrace ourselves.

I would expect Louth to win this one on form guides over the last 12 months. What do our Louth posters think?

Hopefully. We're a bit wary of being hopeful though. Never ends well.

Well done to Louth. It was a game that never really got going but Longfords midfield were completely non-existent. White and Keenan were incredible.
I think we need more than Geraghty for our forwards - Paul Bardens shooting was woeful.
We wont be worrying anyone in the qualifiers this year! Sad
