3 nil to the pool, it depends alot on how the hillsbouragh memorials will affect the team.

Sorry Niamh, can't see Chelsea scoring at least one at home, especially with Liverpool having to go at them, so the best Liverpool may hope for is extra time. But as I say, stranger things have happened, the Hillsborough memory will spur them on but they'll need more than that. And if Gerrard isn't playing/fully fit then it'll take a miracle for them to qualify. It'll be interesting to see how it pans out anyway!

i actually think it will be 3-0 to liverpool too, dont think hillsbouragh will effect any of these players as they dont really care ( not a slag or anything just reality) i think you will see liverpool attack like anything from the off, chelsea will not that and will set there stall out early, i think liverpool can go in 2-0 at ht and then get another in the second half as chelsea go more and more into themselfs trying to protect the result.........
prediction liverpool 3- chelsea 0
im a spurs fan incase anyone thinks im hoping for a liverpool win here,

Rich_Dublin, its not just the players its the fans, therewill be raw emotion from the fams that will transpire to the players, also Stevie Gs cousin was killed in it, look at Blackburn on Sat, people like Torres playing for the deceased.

really hate to be cynical but i honestly dont think the players are playing for the " deceased" maybe stevie g and carrighar will as there from liverpool but the rest while saying they are wont!!!!!!!! the fans will though and it will be some atmosphere but the players are there to win foor themselves nobody eles..... not even the fans........

Quite heartbreaking this was such a tragedy. 96 supporter went to watch their idols only never to return home. Calvin Mc Kenzie editor of the Sun is a scumbag for what he wrote.

Re: Chelsea V Liverpool
You're right there Loyal, something fishy going on!
To be fair it was a penalty going by the letter of the law, but this happens in many games every weekends and nothing happens, so it keeps happening as defenders get away with it. Out of the blue for Liverpool to get such a penalty away from home though.
