Liverpool v Chelsea ...

Well its boiled down to this really. If Chelsea don't win at Anfield ..... United will most likely lift their 19th title ....... and move one ahead of ... Liverpool on the all-time list.

Benitez hates Ferguson, Liverpool hate United - can you see their fans screaming for a win here? Liverpool are without Torres and may have one eye on a European final. My money is on an away win .... hopefully!

I really hope something dramatic happens in this game just to fuel the conspiracy theories that will arise in the next week or so.. I'd like to believe nothing dodgy would go on but it wouldn't surprise me if Rafa took his chance at a parting shot if he was leaving for Juve..

Liverpools form this year hasnt been great. If anything they should be aiming for a europe place. I would expect Liverpool to go for the win, but if they can win is another question.

By this time next week we should know where the title is headed, Utd should pick up a Brucie bonus next week as Sunderland are safe and depending on how the Villa v City game goes Liverpool could still have a remote chance of 4th place and much as Liverpools fans/players would hate to do Utd a favour, Champions League football next year would make it easier to swallow.

Both teams should win their last games as Wigan have nothing to play for against Chelsea and Stoke without Sorenson are easy pickings even with Berbatov up front!

Firstly Liverpool have no chance whatsoever of a top 4 finish - none! There is no way City, Villa and Spurs will all fold. They may finish 7th!

Normally I don't mind Utd - Giggs is a gentleman and great role model - Neville is an ass. But Ferguson is the reason I would love to see Chelsea win it. The man is a bully, is ungracious in defeat and has no class at all. He epitomises a lot of what is wrong with the game - at managerial level.

Yes they are fourth but really cant see them holding on to that place.
Man City have two difficult game with Villa and tottenham and Villa
have man city and blackburn.

Its a 3 way tie but because tottenham have more games and having to
play 2 in four days they would probarbly be more likely to lose, but they do have a very good GD compared to Villa.

Gaa fan there last 3 games was against the top 3-They took 6 points, You would think they could get 6 from there last 3 V Bolton-City-Burnley

Indeed they did. But two games in 4 days and one of them against Man City.

GAA-Fan has a point. Let us not forget this Spurs team lost to Wolves after scoring 9 against Wigan earlier on.

I was believing this ......... until I got to number 11!

I suspect Liverpool V Chelsea will not matter.

I think Sunderland will draw with United, meaning Chelsea could lose and still win the title on goal difference.

In a one off game however, Chelsea can beat anyone in England, as they have the best squad.
