Ray Silke?? Are you on the windup Boxty old skin? Put Deccie Meehen in there, Great team otherwise although Micheal Donnellan and Kevin Walsh will feel a little hard done by

Silke a far superior wing half back than Meehan, who is indeed, in the pecking order adrift of John Donnellan....Actually dePaor is lucky to be ahead of Martin Newell if truth be told. Newell brought all that dePaor brought to the table, plus was an excellent fielder, defender and the first of what Thomas Clarke, the former poster JayoCluxton and assorted know-alls now term "Attack minded wing backs".....This was the way 40 years ago...
Michael Donnellan may rightly be considered unluckly.....Upon reflection, perhaps Cyril Dunne may have to step down....an hard call...Donnellan so..
Kevin Walsh ahead of the selected duo.....Fooks sake lad..

[quote="Parouisa"]Once I see Padraig Joyce I'm happy ....Not if he were meeting some of dozy Dublin backs ye' have...
though what about Seamus Leydon?? Small and ultimatley one-sided, his aura was created by the bustling "activities" of Mattie Mac.
And Liam Sammon is a major omission ....Fenagh have had better full-forwards (John Tom Bland springs to mind)..Erudite, passionate to the last but couldn't do it on the field when push came to shove..[
