Galway a big strong team (Hurlingwise game but green gorsóóns)..

Verdict:

Hard to know Boxty, would be disappointed if we lost as this is a good a side as we have produced at this level, and a better balanced side than last years team. Galway supposedly have a fine side as well and in the 8 challenge matches this year they are the only side to put it up to Clare are were leading at H/T before the game descended into farce with all the changes. Challenege form counts for little but Clare won't be taking them lightly and unlike last year's side this Clare team has goals in them


Would say that we are favourites and I doubt they will be flat, if we are beaten it will be because this is a serious Galway team. Their full forward (moloney i think) is supposed to be a fine talent
