A sort of a humbug thread, given that there was a Kris Krindle thread already in situ....
I wish you and yours well, but please close this thread..
Thank you.

Not to appear churlish, may I also take the opportunity to wish the blessings of the season to all forumites..
To those that I may have aggravated/offended/insulted/tormented, may I extend the olive branch....
Above all, take care travelling....

Just wishing all the posters/families a very Happy Christmas. I suppose Patrique/Bodhran Bliss departure shook us and for that reason I wish good health to you all. Had a scare myself during the year but it seems that I have overcome it and feeling great. So drink up and enjoy yourselves.

Calling The Puke......
I hope you got to Clon in one piece. I'll bet the muldoons there are somewhat in awe of you now, paticularly as you have acquired a suit and a few English one-liners....Has the bitch pupped yet or are you still awaiting developments??
Enjoy the bacon and cabbage and the lock of handy ones but don't be caught loitering near the Railway Hotel.....

Happy Christmas to you and yours, boxty
I would also like to take this opportunity to wish all the other posters on here a happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year, even tiresome posters who irk me like Podger and Royal_Girl, no doubt they will be up early to see what Santa has brought them

Happy Christmas all.
I trust we are all slowly drifting off in front of the fire after eating far too much turkey, ham and trifle.

I'm slightly disappointed in your menu B&W to be honest. Not the actual menu per se, but you could have enlightened us with regard to important asides such as the composites of the stuffing, the glaze on the ham, scallops for starters etc.....
The personal highlight for me was as the SIL attempted to strain the water off the spuds, the lid of the saucepan (glass) fooking exploded in pieces....Recriminations and mayhem ensued...This wise old owl merely refilled his glass on the QT...

You'll find that the small details such as those will never be surpassed in reality by those in your imagination. Hence I will leave it to your noble mind to conjure up such details as will satisfy your interest!
And Happy New Year to all

Thinly veiled "Puke emulating his hero" stuff here.....The Puke would appear to be, like Duran, a beaten docket....
