Munster Final, Langers v Blaa's
Any thoughts on this gentlemen and ladies of the Ash?(and Jayo!)
I myself can see an upset in the offing here with the flakes from Wadderfurd having enough left in the tank to outgun the shapes from Cark.
Waterford'ss blue chip players have had an easy year of it so far with most of them rested during the league and they dusted off the cobwebs in a handy opener against lowly Clare, they should be fully primed for the clash against Cork, a team Waterford always have no trouble raising their game for.
The rebels for their part are being talked up after destroying a Tipp team that didn't perform on the day and were never much use to begin with in all honesty. Aisake and Pa Horgan have what it takes to do real damage to a weakish full back line and John Gardiner is flying but I still take Waterford to come out on top. The Deicy County is already in good spirits after their minors victory over Cork last night and their seniors have been on the boil and may be about to explode as only they can in Thurles this Sunday.
Nice price too for those of you who may be that way inclined .

I stronly fancy Cork for this. They have had no messing this year and have been able to concentrate solely on the hurley. Some of them are getting on but there is a lot of experience and cuteness in the team - especially the half back line. Aisake can be a hard man to pin down too.
I think this Cork team see themselves as the only ones who can possibly thwart the Cats - they have the history and the pedigree (unlike many of the other overblown contenders ) to do so - and on this basis expect them to put the final nail in this Waterford team. Cork by 5+.

Are we set for a day of dodgy match officials? O'Connors free was wide as a gate.
If this ends in a one point win for Cork will we get similar scenes to Croke Park?

Poor first half, the swift downward spiral of Munster hurling shows no signs of abating, sadly.

Outstanding second half of hurling today, vastly superior entertainment to that utter bowl of tripe from South Africa on the telly at the moment.

that was some slap he hit the Waterford guy before his goal in fairness - his upper body strength must be something else he never flinched while your man fell like a sack of spuds.
