InJury worrys...
Hello there...
Last night a growing superstar for wexford hurling drilled a sliothar/bullet in the direction of my ankle and severely struck involving myself running around in circles for a few minutes to run it off....this proved unsuccessful....maybe if i refed an under 10 match that would cure it....now and so now at the 3rd hour of daylight the following day i still feel the pain....With traiining in 3 hours what is the best cure for this or should i not play for a week to let it heal
With urgent blessings of sadness and despair ,

I know a lad who got out of it by claiming he hated everybody. You could try that.
