Re: Monaghan v Fermanagh
Did the great Dick Clerkin do the business again today and did Paul Finlay apply the piece de redistance as I predicted mmm? The scoreline looks impressive and Im led to believe Fermanagh only got two jammy goals when the game was well over as a contest. Im thinking backing them to win Ulster might be the bet of the year. I know Fermanagh are poor this year but Monaghan look to be doing everything right. People are taking real serious notice of them now.

Re: Monaghan v Fermanagh
Yeah Dick and Jap were to the fore again, Dick going through a mountain of work as usual and tagged on a couple of point late in the first half to go along with his efforts against Armagh. Finlay pulled the strings around the middle too, reliable from frees again and scored a peach of a sideline in particular. But the stand-out player today was Conor McManus, and he rightly got the BBC MOTM award. He was fantastic, out in front of his man every time the ball came in, won them all and either took his point or laid it off to a player in a better position, simple play but he does it so well. A very classy player, it's great after playing with him for years to see him make his name with the county, he's been a consistent performer for a while now but is now very much one of our top players.
The two goals wouldn't be something I'd worry about to be honest, the goals weren't threatened in the previous 60 minutes(surprising as I'd thought they'd have tested Hughes), as the game was long over as a contest to be perfectly honest. I'm just pleased we were able to keep up the level of performance from the last day. But to keep things in perspective, Fermanagh were absolutely woeful, you could hardly have a more different challenge now with Tyrone in wait, still an awful lot of work to do in preparation for that.

Thinly veiled 'We are going to do it' Ger Loughnane style comment there if I ever heard one

Tyrone will win easy. Bad from monaghan conceding to goals to bad fermanagh team.

Aye I don't think I'll bother going after all, what's the point! Conceding such vital goals at a crucial stage of the match is just plain lazy!

Re: Monaghan v Fermanagh
Surely a good team will play to the end and not want to give up soft goals that is what Tyrone do play for full 70 minutes so will win Ulster again this year. Have good forwards that fermanagh did not have and Monaghan won't be able to handle Tyrone. Not disresputing monaghan as no one will want to meet them in qualifiers as they are a good side but nowhere near Tyrone.

...and that is my view.

Tyrone played for a half against Antrim and a half against Down so have played 70 full minutes this year in Championship..

Such basic grammatical mistakes are terrible to see. There are so many squiggles out of place here that I don't know where to start berating you!
