So the capital of Morocco is named after an IRA "policing" instrument?

According to the EU, Galway and Belfast would be the only two places in Ireland that would be considered 'on the map', as it were. Hard to argue with this although certain area's of Cavan have every right to feel a wee bit hard done by.

It seems to me that red dots are to signify some of the worlds greatest wine drinking regions

Bordeaux - The area famous for its great "premier cru" red wines such as Latour and Mouton Rothschild

Lisbon - maybe not a famous wine prdoucing area itself but capital of portugal famous for its ports and the great vintage port bottlers like Grahams, Taylors and Warres
