Well done to everyone at Jackdaws plus the owner and rider and special well done to the horse itself who I never dreamt could win a National.

Maybe true but his philantrophy and support of GAA etc are legendary.

True, he once gave something like 3 million towards a hospital in Limerick.
If he had paid tax they could have had 6 hospitals.

Steady now Pat - Limerick might have a bit of a reputation but 6 hospitals would be a bit of ....... overkill...

Its well known that JP has and does be giving countless millions to Limerick hurling down the years. Money well spent.Jayo Cluxton wrote:patrique wrote:True, he once gave something like 3 million towards a hospital in Limerick.

It was embarrassing tbh. Shane even got a goal! They were so bad that McShane and Kilbane would've got a game.

Dubs were the first serious team to go hard on them this year, their were people actually calling into Shannonside radio complaining that Dubs should have been 'easier' on them, no doubt rmd would agree with their logic. Just imagine if KK went 'all in' on Limerick this year!
Money well spent indeed JP
