Tyrone Hurling.... Empty Tyrone Hurling....

What has happened to Tyrone hurling in the past 6 months? Have they had a player transplant or something? This is a side that won the Lory Meagher Cup not so long ago and have just seemed to implode since and only amassed a total of 36 points for the league campaign so far! I thought we were starting to see the rise of Tyrone hurling in the same way that Armagh have done in recent years but they seem to have fallen flat on their arses again!

Perhaps some of our more learned Tyrone posters could put me right on what is going wrong! I don't think it has anything to do with the Columcilles getting to the All Ireland final as i'm sure they don't provide that many players to the panel that would affect their performance that much!!

I hope they get their act together quick as Ulster Hurling needs to keep improving in the way it has been, i'm happiest when Ulster sides improve (like Monaghan this year and Tyrone last), hopefully this is just a blip and the true hurling folk of Tyrone will get back to winning ways soon.......hopefully!!!! they are always falling out the two main clubs seem to throw the head up now and again one clubs players refuse to play therefore destroying the chances they have of progress. then the next yr all will be back before the other crowds players decide they are not playing! childish and to think that we now have the gpa chairman one tank, thomas colton, former dgn hurler, manager and chairman county hurler and gpa activist!!!

on another note whats happend tipp hurling micheal webster last yrs full forward dropped along with the captain and on any gaa forum i have been on no mention - if tyrone dropped dooher and stephen oneill in the morning htere would be some headlines! also after the row in limerick with prominent players getting dropped will the row rumble on into tipp after visiting cork a few years back?
