Mayo v Galway
It`s been confirmed that the mayo v galway match which was to be played on sat 6 feb under lights and to be shown on setanta will not go ahead . It will probably go ahead on sunday 7 feb.

Ah flip it anyway. I was really looking forward to it under lights!

There is a vicious rumour going around that this is not happening cos there is no electricity in Mayo ....

Its because a certain buckoo from dublin stuck his oar in as he did with numerous other projects in mayo .

Not sure what the legal position would be but it was reported in the local regional paper, i think it was last weeks edition.

If it's out there in the public domain then it's no problem. Just provide the link to the article.
I hear the same thing - that it was "outsiders" causing the bother. Still though, a proper project manager would have gotten everyone on side at the start.
