Travelling to games
On average how many games a season do you go to and what method of travel do you use?
Im going to try and get to as many games as possible when I move over but im not entirely sure how good the transport is in Ireland or if I am going to buy a car.

Living in Mayo, every game is an away game for me so I have to pick and choose which ones I go to. Typically about 4 between the McKenna and the League and then all of the Championship games (I know, I know, not too many of those!!)

Oh yeah, I always go by car. Have my little routine like a lot of other people I suppose. It's actually weird driving to games from a different direction to everyone else. You don't get the traffic (which I suppose has it's advantages) and you don't get the sense that you are in a crowd of like minded people!

Almost every leitrim game this year...not going to make the pilgrimage away to kilkenny. Possibly waterford. Missed one fbd game. Was at the london game too during the big freeze. Didn't get home til tuesday and that was lucky.

I go to all championship games, try to go to most league games (all home games if I'm not working and Away games that are in Ulster or at home as it is not feasible for me to go to away matches because i work to six on a Saturday and every other Sunday)Usually go to home mc Kenna cup ties if I can make it.

You don't need a back door in Leinster! But look whats happens when Dublin go in the front door...they trip on the welcome mat!

Forget the back door. Derry and Dublin will need to knock a wall to have any hope. I'm sending a sledge and a pick axe off to both sets of management.
