Re: Music on youtube
What is that song they play in Croke Park after a game?
Its the type of song that can be very happy for the winners and very depressing for the losers.

Re: Music on youtube
It's "May we never have to say Goodbye" by Shaun Davey - it was written to celebrate Ireland hosting the Special Olympics.
Enjoy.
Enjoy.

This is another favourite of mine. Check out the lead singer - Gary Stringer.

Re: Music on youtube
Mellowing in the old age and started listining to this boyo still not as good as the Dc's of this world but he'll pass value for money anyway. listen to the lyrics talk about class and place in it at the time the song was written between 65 and 75 at a guess.

I haven't a note in me head (or me pocket) but I would love to be able to sing this one at a session. I have been offered a chance to get my voice trained - with a whip...

Re: Music on youtube
Obviously it has a resonance with me but I hope you'll agree that it's a nice song. Brady managed to take a very traditional tune and give it a bit of a makeover.
