Big Changes Coming
We have many members here but about 30 loyal hardcore ultras. Its a great site and will grow as long as we hold on to what we have and build on it. So....... big changes are a-coming to make it bigger, better, faster and even more appealing. Stay tuned .......

"The boy stood on the burning deck,
His feet were covered in blisters,
His father sat in a public house,
The beer running down his whiskers".............sort of post there Jayo.

Ah don't worry JC. As long as Mrs Cluxton is happy enough then it shouldn't be a problem.

he's implying one of two things
1 he's new gaff is super duper and will post automatically for him so we have JC on 24/7
2 The rest of us are going to put on about 10 stone over the xmas by over indulging on the pudding and Boxty once the recipe goes live on this site

Non GAA Talk forum , page 19, Heading Boxty. If there's no word of you after the weekend, then Jim, I'd say it's killed you.

Re: Big Changes Coming
Neither!
In this life we can do one of two things. We can stand idly by and accept our fate - or we can confront all situations, take the bull by the horns so to speak and change our destiny, shape our future. The man that takes the first option will lie on his deathbed thinking what might have been. If he had asked that girl at the barndance in Barntown, if he had've joined the guards like his mother told him, if he had've taken a chance on those suckler cows, if he had've gone for his point in the Junior 9 final. He will be plagued by remorse and feelings of uselessness, of under achievement - of failure.
The man that takes the second route will get that little smasher in Barntown, will become a Superintendent, will enjoy a productive dairy farm, will win the spoils. We are that man. We will not settle for mid-table www banality and swim with also rans in the choppy cyber waters. We will adapt. We will change. We will embrace the future and fashion it to work for us. We will bend it and shape it, cajole it and utilise it to the maximum. Where others see doubt and obstacles we will see openings and opportunities. Where others fear to surf we will ride the highest waves.
We will swim with grace and poise and morph into swans and rise high above the absurdity and commonality of the pack. We will fly high above the others - soaring to a new level - and take our people with us. Hold on to our coat tails and share the voyage ....

If we are going to do this right all input would be extremely grateful.
